One of our more outlandish creations, the Pineapple Express is a kooky yet irresistible treat. El Jimador Blanco Tequila is infused with cucumber to enhance its vegetal aspects. Succulent fresh pineapple syrup is enhanced with a bump of herbal Yellow chartreuse and the drink is finished with Thai inspired Brozen Bitters No5.
Shake with ice and fresh lime juice and serve with a lime wheel or cucumber slice.
